@JoJo: Snow . . . which I only see from a distance on Cucamonga Peak. LOL! But doesn’t fresh snowfall seem to embody the idea of newness?

@Briana: I couldn’t agree more. I love the idea of New Year’s. Reminds me of this quotation from Anne of Green Gables: “Isn’t it nice to think that tomorrow is a new day with no mistakes in it yet?”

With that in mind, isn’t it nice to think that 2011 is a new year with no mistakes in in yet?
